1-on-1 Online Movement Sessions with Elia

Attention is the purest - and rarest - form of generosity.

I offer individual movement sessions online to support people in their movement practice and healing journey. Blending the work of Dance, Qigong, and Mobility, I work with people from all backgrounds, cultures, and personal histories. My work is trauma-informed, with a focus on the nervous system and a belief that your own body is the most powerful resource you have to heal.

You can purchase a single session, or sign-up for a series of six sessions. This work builds on itself, and six sessions provides the best opportunity for your system to process, re-pattern, and integrate the work into lasting life-style habits.

How it works: Each session is 60-min long, and you receive the recording of the entire session to download and use for as long as you want. (Note: For the 6-Session Series I recommended sessions once per week, or once every two weeks.)
