Online Drop-in Class w/ Elia - Tuesday, November 5, 2019, 8:00 am-9:00 am PST

“I attended your first drop in class online and found it to be such infectious fun, teaching and music that I got up and danced on my injured leg! I’m so glad that you’re planning two more classes and I plan to be there for them. I enjoyed your teaching style, your metaphors and the synthesis of al the different things you enjoy in life!”

— Moyra, participant from Kenya

What is a drop-in class?

Simple! Just pay for the class and show up (even if you can’t make it live, everyone will get the recording to keep and use as often as you like). No weekly commitment or monthly subscription required.

The class will be one hour long. I will use verbal instruction, music, and non-verbal cues to guide us.

What will you learn?

You will learn a combination of:

  1. Fun dance steps to feel the rhythm and get into the groove.

  2. Basic Chinese medicine movements to benefit your overall system health.

  3. Simple mobility exercises to gain flexibility and ease pain.

In the comfort of your own living room, office, or movement space.

After purchasing, we will send you an email with a link to the online class. Within 24 hours after the class, we will follow up and send a link to the recorded video.

Frequently Asked Questions

“Do I get the recording to keep?”

Yes! This means you can participate and gain the benefits of this guided class no matter where you are in the world. And you have the recording to practice on your own whenever you want.

“What is level of this class? Will it be suitable for me if I am a beginner? What if I am advanced?”

The class is designed for ALL abilities. My work is designed to be beneficial for both the advanced professional and the curious beginner. Think of it like a plate of nice food - it should be delicious for the person who just wants to eat something nourishing, while also exciting for the professional refined chef. There will be options offered throughout the class that range in difficulty, so you can choose whichever level is best for you in that moment.

“What do I need to participate?”

Clothes that feel good to move in, a small open space to move freely, and an open mind looking to have fun and learn something new.

Testimonials from participants:

“Had a great time attending this drop in class live and especially enjoyed the teacup movement section. Great fun and way to encourage gentle motion. I'll come back and watch it over and over again! Thanks for a wonderful experience. “
